A3: To change your address, phone number, or any other detail. Just go to your profile and click the edit button to make the changes as desired.

Q1: Is there any limit on the number of items I can order?

A1: As such, there is no maximum limit. You can order as many items as you wish till the stock is available.

Q2: Can you customize the order?

A2:  We understand; you may want it your way. We would love to hear your choices. Feel free to reach out to us for your requirements. We shall discuss it for bulk orders only.

Q3: What are the shipping charges?

A3: The shipping charges may vary from location to location and depend on the box’s weight. However, we have tied up with the best logistics partners to deliver your package in the safest packaging in minimum time at the best prices.

Q4: Can the order be canceled?

A4: We understand your concern. You can cancel the order anytime before dispatch. The full amount will be refunded to original source of payment.

Q5: How can I use my BADWALK Heels Points?

A5:  We offer BADWALK Heels points to our esteemed customers on every purchase, valid for three months.  These points can be redeemed in your future purchases.

Returns & Refunds Related

Q1: I received the wrong product. How can I return it?

A1: Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just make an opening video or click the pictures of the product received and share them with us to expedite the process. You may raise a return request by going to the My Orders section and selecting the return/replace option within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall start the refund process once we receive the product back.  

Q2: After how much time does the refund process get initiated?

A2: All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proof. We will notify you once the refund request has been approved. After the refund has been approved, it shall be processed within ten business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us.

Q3: I did not like the product. How can I return?

A3: Our products undergo utmost quality checks to deliver you the best wearing experience ever. We have the best footwear designing team that delivers the trendiest collection for modern divas. We would love to know what went wrong with the product and how can we improve it better. Right now, we accept returns only for damaged products or if a wrong product gets delivered from our end.

Q4: How will I know my refund has been approved?

A4: Notifications shall be sent to your BADWALK Heels account as well as to your registered email address.

Q5: There is a size mismatch for the product received. How can I replace it?

A5: We recommend you to go through our size guide properly and properly check for your size. However, in case you ordered the wrong size, you can raise a replacement request within 48 hours of the product delivery. You just need to pay only the shipping charges for the replaced product.

Q6: My refund request has been rejected. Why?

A6: Please make sure that the product is unused and all the tags and accessories are intact while your request a return pickup. If any of the above-mentioned things are violated, your refund request may get rejected.
